Shipment and Delivery Policy

CAPITALIZED TERMS OTHER THAN THE ONES NOT DEFINED IN THESE TERMS, SHALL HAVE THE SAME MEANING ASCRIBED TO THEM IN THE TERMS OF USE AND SERVICE OF THE PLATFORM.

This Shipment and Delivery Policy (“Policy”) lays down the order shipment and delivery guidelines for the Sellers & Buyers on the Platform. The Platform has the right to take action against the Seller if a Seller if found to be in contravention of this Policy.

In addition to this Policy the shipment tracking and delivery shall be governed by the individual arrangement of the Seller with the logistic service provider or delivery partner. Mesh in no way shall be responsible to the Seller or Buyer or any third party for any liabilities arising out of or relating to the delivery of shipment.

  1. Buyer’s Information disclosure

Buyer’s personal information pertaining to name, contact number and address details shall be shared with third party logistic service providers by the Company or the Seller as the case may be post a Transaction to facilitate delivery.

 

  1. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

The Buyer shall receive a successful confirmation for the Shipment status via email and text message which shall include details for tracking of the status of the shipment. The tentative details pertaining to the delivery date shall be shared with the Buyer as well.

 

  1. Obligations of the Seller
  • The Seller shall handover the shipment for delivery and shall be responsible to pack and ready the orders and ship the Products at the Buyer’s address.
  • The Seller shall keep the Company updated about the status of the shipment in knowledge and if requested shall update the same to the Buyer as well.

 

  1. Obligations of the Buyer

In the instance where the shipment is not eligible for free delivery, the Buyer will be obligated to bear the delivery charges as well which shall be paid directly online along with the cost of product at the time of placing the order.

 

  1. Shipping charges on Return and Replacement

In the event of any return or replacement of the shipment for any reason, either the Buyer or the Seller shall be liable to bear the charges incurred for the return or replacement of the shipment.

 

      6. Shipping/Delivery Time 

Once the order is placed, it will take 7-14 working days to reach you.
