REPLACEMENT POLICY
THIS REPLACEMENT POLICY ("POLICY”) SHALL BE READ TOGETHER WITH THE TERMS OF USE AVAILABLE ON MESH WEBSITE. BUYER’S REQUEST FOR REPLACEMENT WILL BE PROCESSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROCEDURE INDICATED BELOW. HOWEVER, IN THE EVENT OF FALSE, FRIVOLOUS OR BASELESS COMPLAINTS REGARDING THE PRODUCTS, BUYER WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT.
CAPITALIZED TERMS OTHER THAN THE ONES NOT DEFINED IN THESE TERMS, SHALL HAVE THE SAME MEANING ASCRIBED TO THEM IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE OF THE PLATFORM.
“Return” under this policy shall mean the return of Product purchased by the Buyer on the Platform for a Replacement.
“Replacement” under this policy shall mean the replacement of Product with another Product in the same or different size being provided to the Buyer in case of successful replacement.
- Product Replacement Policy
- The following product replacement policy is applicable to all the Transaction performed via the Platform. A product may be eligible for replacement within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
- It was delivered in a physically damaged condition; or
- It has missing parts or accessories; or
- It is different from what was ordered; or
- It is different from its description on the product detail page on the Platform; or
- Products marked as "non-replaceable" on the product detail page cannot be returned. Please ensure you view the identification of non-returnable products on the Platform for ease of understanding. Please note that Mesh is not obliged to accept replacement requests with respect to Products which are damaged, tampered, unsealed or used by the Users.
- All products must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box / packaging as delivered and should be unused or damaged. Mesh may reject the return pickup if the products are not returned according to these guidelines.
- All replacements are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable at the time of replacement.
- Non- returnable products/categories cannot be replaced and shall be specifically mentioned on the Platform.
- Replacements shall be free when:-
- Product received is physically damaged.
- Product received has missing parts or accessories.
- Product received is different from its description and details on the Platform.
- Product received is defective/non-working.
- Process for returning the products can be either of the following:-
- Products can be returned by placing a return request through a message on whatsapp at +91 8600148129 or by calling our customer care executive at +91 8856888129
- Pick up: We might offer a free or paid pick up for replacement for the shipment. You will see a pickup option when you submit a replacement request.
- Self-Ship: If we don't offer a pick up at your location. In such cases, we will credit the shipping costs in the form of Mesh credits provided the product meets the return policy and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us.
- During Pick Up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the product. If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we shall not pick up the product as returned. For successful quality checks and replacement, we shall notify the Buyer and initiate the replacement for the product.
- Replacements will be initiated only post the returned Product being physically received by the respective seller of the Product.
- Exceptions to product returns- some Products due to their very nature are not allowed for return.
- Only one replacement shall be provided per product subject to the terms and conditions laid down in this Policy.
- All products have a standard replacement window of seven (7) days from delivery and subject to the acceptance of the replacement request by Mesh a replacement or refund will be facilitated by Mesh.
- Buyer shall be eligible for a Refund only in case the product Replacement is not completed due to size issues and the requested size is not available due to stock unavailability. Refund would be initiated after the Product is successfully returned to Buyer.
- Subscription Cancellation Policy
In case you have subscribed to any of the emails or messages through the Platform, and wish to cancel such subscription, you can write a request to support@meshexclusives.com Any subscription fees paid shall be non-refundable.
- No Refunds:
Except as otherwise provided in this policy, Mesh expressly discloses that there shall not be any Refund for any product and the User shall be entitled to either Replacement only as per the provisions of this Policy.
